*Available shift: 6p-6a**Sign On BONUS- $5000*_Bangs Nursing and Rehabilitation _*is now hiring for talented and dedicated *_*LVN's and RN's*__!_***We have daily pay available***The primary purpose of your position is to assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing services for our unit, while delivering on the core values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.*Nursing Responsibilities:** Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out the duties of this job.* Receive report at the beginning of each shift. Assess the physical and emotional status of each resident and evaluate their need for continued or immediate care.* Delegate responsibility for the direct care of each resident to appropriate nursing personnel according to needs, physical layout of care areas and staff ability.* Be responsible for all phases of direct resident care, within the guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act.* Ensure that nursing staff perform all restorative measures recommended in the plan of care and required by each residents condition.
