Job DescriptionShift is from 11 pm to 7 am. Weekends and Holidays are required. Primary Responsibilities • Reviews all daily accounts and looks for mistakes or miss postings prior to running the night audit process• Checks in and checks out guests as needed• Closes out the day's accounting and opens the next day• Responds to guests via face to face, texting and telephone• Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints • Performs daily cleaning tasks • Stocks the market as needed• Turns on ovens in the morning before kitchen crew • Prepares early morning coffee for guests• Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported • Maintain all areas of the front desk; clean and organized • Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner • Other duties as assigned Education/Experience• High School diploma/GED required • Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts • Attention to detail and organized Our company provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
