Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant and Manager -
SEC.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients and oversee Staff Accountants
Prepare for SEC audits and monthly financial closings
Develop and maintain client relationships while improving financial
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
Minimum of 4+ years of experience at a PCAOB Accounting Firm
Knowledge of SEC accounting and GAAP; familiarity with Statutory
Accounting Principles
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
Outstanding project management and analytical skills
