Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance and Accounting Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting team
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and
analysis
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial
reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA
preferred)
At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a
leadership role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial
analysis
Experience in the lending or financial services industry is a
plus
Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., QuickBooks,
Excel)
