opportunity for you. Position Overview: The successful candidate
will be located in Texas, ldetail-oriented and a motivated Audit
Manager to lead our audit engagements. The ideal candidate will
possess a deep understanding of accounting, auditing, and reporting
standards, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and direct audit engagements from start
to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery. Prepare risk assessments
and evaluate client accounting policies and estimates. Conduct
thorough research on accounting and reporting matters, presenting
findings and recommendations to clients. Oversee the preparation
and review of complex financial statements, income tax returns, and
specialty reports. Mentor and develop audit associates, providing
guidance and feedback on their work. Manage multiple engagements
and special projects, coordinating with clients and team members.
Ability and flexibility to travel throughout Texas estimated to be
60 days a year. Qualifications: CPA license is required. Bachelor's
degree in Accounting. Several years of experience in public or
private accounting/auditing, with a focus on income taxes and
auditing practices. Proven ability to manage complex engagements
