DescriptionSCOPE/CONTACTS: The incumbent has frequent contact
with customers, executive and senior management, loan officers,
secretaries, and other departments of the Bank. Contacts are
face-toface, via email and by telephone. Important qualities for
this position are strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
communicate with all customers and provide outstanding customer
service in person or on the phone. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- To provide receptionist and secretarial services to the
department and respond to customer needs for banking services.
- Performs some duties of a commercial loan assistant, which
could include, but are not limited to data entry; making advances
and payments on loans, transferring money between accounts, working
to reduce collateral/ credit exceptions, scanning loan documents,
and light correspondence.
- Personal and business account revisions and maintenance.
- Ensure all data entry for monthly retail reports and customer
shop reports are completed and distributed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining equipment and supply stock for departments.
- Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and
service culture, support the values of the organization and follow
established company policies and procedures. Other duties as
assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 18 to 36 months clerical experience and a working knowledge of
Excel and Word are required.
- Banking experience is preferred.
