$16 - $41/hr. No experience required. Training is available. Full time and part time positions available.
Responsibilities include:

• Copying, scanning and storing ad documents
  
• Checking for accuracy and editing files,
  
• Reviewing and updating marketing communication (e.g. manuals and workflows)

  We are looking for an Advertising Assistant to help prepare, manage and advertising campaigns for our projects.
  Advertising Assistant responsibilities include typing content, archiving files and ensuring potential clients have access to necessary documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have basic experience reviewing, researching, writing, typing and following instructions.
  Ultimately, you'll support various marketing and advertising procedures maintaining up-to-date plans for consistent progress.
  Responsibilities
  
  
• Execute marketing plans
  
• Check for accuracy and edit files, like marketing instructions
  
• Review and update campaign reporting
  
• Distribute project-related information to potential clients
  
• File documents in physical and digital records
  
• Create templates for future use
  
• Retrieve and provide digital files as necessary
  
• Manage the flow of marketing tasks
  
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
  
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
  
  Requirements
  
  
• Some knowledge of online marketing
  
• Familiarity with project management
  
• Basic knowledge social media
  
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  
• Proficient typing and editing skills
  
• Data organization skills
