Our dealership is conducting a regional search for technicians, and GMC technicians are the highest on our immediate-hire list. Job Requirements and Qualifications: GMC Certified Technicians and Diesel Technicians GMC Transmission Technicians GMC Level 2 and 3 technicians GMC Level 1 technicians who want more. What separates us from our competition: We offer a sign on bonus and a moving allowance of up to $10,000 for qualifying technicians. Expert technicians have the potential to earn a six-figure salary. Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures. Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
