Health Dialog is looking for an Account Manager to support our Client Services team in managing Health Dialog's book of business. This role provides business analysis, report and presentation development, operational support and issue research/resolution for assigned clients. Additionally, this position monitors the development and implementation of strategic, customized long-term customer relationships, participates in presentations for accounts and provides support for revenue growth, continued account penetration, and account retention.

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:


  • Support fact-based decision making and measurement of operational effectiveness (i.e., service level metrics and program design)



    • Mine data, build queries, and maintain analysis, reports or dashboards to support performance management processes and client deliverables



      • Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key opportunities, services provided, and proposal or contract pricing



        • Support client audits and solution accreditations



          • Coordinate with internal leaders from various departments to execute communications plans, referral strategy, develop new health care programs and materials



            • Analyze company data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement



              • Effectively compile and communicate findings to leadership or stakeholders verbally, visually, and in writing (presentation format)



                • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors



                  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed and to support client invoicing



                    • Participate in required trainings as assigned and support security and compliance related activities and task throughout execution of all job duties


                      Qualification Requirements
                      To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

                      • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in healthcare, analytics or related field



                        • 2 years of experience in supporting client facing roles in a sales, marketing, client services function



                          • 1 year of experience in Healthcare, Insurance, and/or consulting preferred.



                            • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, specifically intermediate level with PowerPoint and Excel



                              • Strong communication and critical thinking skills



                                • Adaptable, open to change, and able to work in ambiguous situations and effectively respond to new information or unexpected circumstances



                                  • SAS or SQL, or other similar data analytics/query software knowledge preferred


                                    Location: This position is a remote position working from your home. Candidates must be located in the US.
