Job Description:
A women's apparel company has a current position open for a
Remote Logistics Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Setting SLAs and partnering with the 3PL team to ensure SLAs and
expense targets are met for DTC and wholesale orders
Creating and maintaining relevant forecasts and KPI analytics
necessary to create control and transparency in operational
performance
Optimizing and ensuring success of "value add" processes such as
embroidery
Skills and Requirements Include:
6+ years of experience in high-growth consumer companies
3+ year of experience in DTC ecommerce operations
Experience working with 3PLs, setting and managing SLAs,
negotiating MSAs, etc
Experience with Shopify and Shopify adjacent SaaS products
Experience managing inbound freight and logistics via freight
forwarding partners
Highly analytical and comfortable with excel and BI tools (SQL not
expected!)
