Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to optimize
supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics while ensuring a seamless
customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the brand order book and communicate with warehousing
partners for on-time shipments
Ensure system-wide inventory alignment and process inbound purchase
orders
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to drive efficiency
and generate operational reports
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or supply chain
function
Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central (preferred)
Proficiency in NetSuite and SPS Commerce is a plus
Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting
