This is a full-time, permanent position.

Summary:

Seeking an exceptional Operations Manager who will oversee and manage clients two facilities in Texas.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities within our organization to ensure efficient and effective operations.



Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing daily operations.
Streamlining operations, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements.
Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure products and services meet company standards.
Overseeing suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a smooth flow of resources.
Develop business relationships with suppliers.
Understand competitor pricing.
Overseeing inventory & auditing staff.
Developing operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
Manage budgets, allocate resources, and track spending related to facility operations and maintenance.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Other duties as assigned by President.



Qualifications:

College graduate, or 3+ years in similar role
Strong understanding of the wind and renewable energy sector
Supply Chain Management
Product knowledge a bonus
Strong leadership skills

Team player, strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills
