Anesthesiology Opportunity in Abilene, Texas!! Abilene, Texas offers a high quality of life both professionally and personally. 1 BC/BE Anesthesia physician needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within 150 mile radius. Practicing and experienced physicians as well as residents will be considered. Must be licensed in Texas or eligible. Relocation, marketing, sign-on bonus and stipend can be offered. " Employment model under the Anesthesiology Network " Initial twelve months full-time salary guaranteed at $391,775; after 12 months, compensation will be Increased to the 50th %title (which is currently at $438,146 annually); year three, will be increased to the 75 %tile (which is currently at $518,196 annually) of the Southern Region Data using MGMA, AMGA, and Sullivan Cotter (if on the heart call team) " Call coverage commitment: As determined by the Medical Executive committee and bylaws " $25,000 contract execution payment " Relocation assistance (up to $15K) " Potential for monthly stipend final 12 months of training (up to $2K/month) " Potential student loan repayment " $2,000 Texas License Fees reimbursement " Malpractice coverage would begin the first day ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits) " Continuing Medical Education - $5,000 per year and five paid days per year.
