Job Description:
A company is looking for a Board Certified Orthopaedic Sports
Medicine Physician Advisor for Disability Peer Review.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in Utilization Review, Physician Advisor, Peer Review,
and Disability Opinion work
Provide advisory-only opinions without establishing a
doctor/patient relationship
Conduct reviews and make clinical decisions based on provided
medical records and information
Required Qualifications
Active medical license
Board certification in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
Ability to work independently as a contractor on a flexible
schedule
No treatment provided; role is strictly advisory
Willingness to participate in initial training and ongoing support
for case reviews
