Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in service line

Certifications: Certification verification required Must-Have: Flu
vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Description:
Facility will consider travelers who are 50 miles from the facility
on a case-by-case basis. Clinicians must be available to complete
needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan
in place for completion in that timeframe. Charting experience
preferred but not required. Travel experience preferred. Previous
permanent staff must be gone for 1 year in order to return as a
