Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor
and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12
hours Experience: Minimum 2 years experience required License: RN
License required Certifications: BLS NRP (within 6 months of hire)
Breastfeeding Education (within 90 days) ACLS (within 1 year of
hire) Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: Nursing Degree Travel experience
preferred Description: RN needed for a busy Labor and Delivery
unit. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Candidates are required to float to similar units as needed.
Experience in a high-volume labor and delivery setting is
preferred. All required certifications must be completed as
outlined. Compliance with all health and safety protocols is
essential. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including
potential alternations in shifts. Candidates must be committed to
providing high-quality care to patients. Strong communication and
teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. A passion
for supporting and educating mothers and families is important.
