Job Description:
Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:30 - 19:00) Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a relevant service line License: Active RN
license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
Must-Have: Must be able to work Monday through Wednesday, plus late
days and on-call. Experience with craniotomy and burr hole
procedures is required. Experience with neuro/spine, ortho/trauma,
and general/robotics/trauma is essential. Description: The position
involves working in the main operating room. Candidates must have
craniotomy and burr hole experience. Preferred experience includes
Endoscopic/Advanced GI procedures. The role may involve floating to
the GI unit as needed. Previous charge experience is preferred.
Experience in trauma level I or II facilities is preferred. The
patient ratio is 1:1 for days and weekends. Clinicians must be
available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of
accepting the offer. Charting system experience is preferred but
not required. Modules will be completed during orientation. Prior
travel experience is preferred.
