physical, psychosocial, and spiritual concerns/problems of
terminally ill patients and families - Must be knowledgeable of
quality and performance improvement activities - Proven written and
editing skills - Strong computer skills - Requires ability to
handle confidential information - Excellent human relations and
oral/written communication skills - Demonstrates interpersonal
