Assess patient needs and devise personalized rehabilitation programs. Implement therapy interventions tailored to patient conditions and continually assess outcomes. Stay updated on new therapy techniques and technologies that can benefit patients. Expertise in physical rehabilitation and therapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients. Proficient in utilizing therapeutic equipment and devices. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapy license. NBCOT certification preferred.
