Job Description:

and home-based patient care, as an Occupational Therapist
Assistant, where you will provide vital support in our inpatient
and outpatient settings. You will work closely with Occupational
Therapists to implement therapy plans and facilitate patients'
rehabilitation process. This role is crucial in helping patients
regain their independence through therapeutic strategies tailored
to individual needs, fostering an environment of healing and
functionality. Assist Occupational Therapists in developing
treatment plans. Help patients perform therapeutic activities as
outlined in their treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and
report to the supervising therapist. Maintain equipment and ensure
treatment spaces are clean and organized. Educate patients and
their families about treatment plans and how to accommodate their
needs at home. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and
confidentiality requirements. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions
Proficiency in documenting and maintaining accurate records
Adaptability to work with various patients Skills in using
therapeutic equipment and aiding in patient exercises Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license required
