care team and provide services for our clients in the Uvalde, TX

Case Manager Nurse On Call LVN Hospice Aide *Some positions may
have the opportunities for full time employment, please inquire
when applying. Job Qualifications: Licensure: RN/LVN positions
require a current State license as a Registered Nurse, or LVN.
CNA's require active CNA certification in Texas. Current Drivers
License and Auto Liability Insurance Experience: 1-3 years of
experience in a clinical care setting required. 6mo-1 year of
Hospice experience preferred.
