work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Travel
experience is preferred from any number of months. • Experience
with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred from any
number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Texas
license or compact license (required for submission). • Travel
only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >150 miles from
facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required for
submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12
months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce
Solutions - Hendrick Medical Center and no current placement
allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Hendrick Medical
Center. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen
administration, Oxygen tanks, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency
response, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Gastrointestinal, Bowel
obstruction, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Feeding tube care
and management, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Accessing/Managing Ports,
Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral
Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and
maintaining IVs, Medications, Heparin, Insulin, PCA,
Neurological/Psychiatric, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Mood
disorders, Orthopedics, Ortho trauma, Total joint replacement,
Plastics, Surgical drains, Professional Knowledge and Skills,
Isolation Precautions/PPE, Wound Care/Wound Vac Preferred
Skills/Experience: • Community Hospital Experience • Short Stay- 23
hour Stay Unit, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure,
Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) Required Credentials:
Drivers License/State ID: Government Issued Photo ID Unit/Facility
Details: May consider candidates who are at least 50 miles from
facility on a case by case basis. Shift & Scheduling: • Weekend
Coverage: Every Other. 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule
(sat/sun is a weekend shift). • Call Requirement: One shift per 6
week schedule 7 days maximum time off 2 references from last 3
years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
