Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Abilene, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,326 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Craniotomy and burr hole experience Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, General/Robotics/Trauma experience preferred Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Room. The role involves neuro, spine, ortho, trauma, and general surgical procedures. Candidates must have experience with craniotomy and burr hole procedures. Preferred candidates will have previous charge experience and familiarity with trauma levels II. Experience with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System is also desired. The patient ratio during the shift is 1:1. The position does not require call coverage. Flu vaccination is mandatory, with medical and religious exemptions accepted. Drug screening is required upon arrival, and a positive result will lead to automatic cancellation. Candidates must complete necessary lab items within a specified timeframe after accepting the offer. Travel experience is preferred for applicants.
