We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our committed team of healthcare professionals. This role involves providing essential medical care, detailed patient assessments, and compassionate interaction with patients and their families within both clinical and home care settings. Provide direct nursing care according to the prescribed patient treatment plans. Monitor patient health condition, record signs, symptoms, reactions, and progress. Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered by physicians. Assist with patient mobility and physical therapies per rehabilitation programs. Communicate regularly with patients, family members, and the healthcare team. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in clinical skills with an attention to detail Capacity to operate medical equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Time management and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license in the state of practice CPR certified
