Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our diverse team

home-based settings. This role demands a compassionate individual
capable of delivering high-quality and cost-effective patient care,
suited to the needs of each patient. Our LPNs / LVNs play a
critical role in enhancing patient health, aiding recovery, and
ensuring patient comfort. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
or disabled patients Monitor patient health and update records with
patient status and treatment results Assist in the implementation
of patient care plans along with the healthcare team Maintain a
safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations Ensure the proper storage and disposal of
medication Provide emotional support to patients and their families
or caregivers Educate patients and their families on treatment
plans and ongoing care Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Proficiency in clinical skills with an emphasis on patient
care Ability to maintain a calm and efficient environment under
pressure Skilled in the usage of medical software and tools Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must possess a
valid LPN or LVN license CPR certification preferred
