Evaluate patients' condition and develop appropriate rehabilitation plans. Implement patient-centric treatment activities aimed at promoting the ability to perform daily activities. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Record patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on activities and behaviors conducive to maintaining their health and wellness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in patient assessment and treatment plan development Ability to adapt therapy techniques to fit the needs of diverse patient populations Skilled in using rehabilitation equipment and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state occupational therapist license NBCOT certification preferred
