Job Description:
Encompass Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate
Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you
will be primarily focused on helping patients regain their ability
to perform daily living and work activities through therapeutic
intervention. Our integrated healthcare services model allows you
to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide both
facility-based and home-based care. You will play a vital role in
creating individualized treatment plans and delivering
patient-centered care aimed at achieving the highest levels of
independence and wellness for our patients. Evaluate patient
condition and create personalized treatment plans. Implement
therapeutic activities designed to address specific impairment
issues. Record and analyze patient progress in response to
interventions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families about
treatment plans and wellness strategies. Manage clinical
documentation and care notes accurately. Strong expertise in
therapeutic strategies and interventions. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an
interdisciplinary team. Capacity to manage multiple cases
efficiently without compromising on quality. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state-issued license
to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT). National Board for
Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
