Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Registered Nurse to join our diverse team, committed to delivering

facility-based and home-based settings. The ideal candidate will
provide top-tier nursing care, tailored to rehabilitation and
recovery needs of our patients, ensuring adherence to our model of
high-quality, cost-effective care. This role demands a dynamic
healthcare professional capable of thriving in a multidisciplinary
team and adapting to diverse patient needs. Assess patient health
problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and
maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients'
conditions. Operate medical equipment and assist with patient
rehabilitation and follow-up. Maintain a safe and clean working
environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate integrated, efficient,
and effective patient care. Proficiency in patient assessment tools
and techniques Strong knowledge of disease management and patient
care protocols Solid skills in operating medical equipment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle
physical demands of patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
