Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our team, providing high-quality patient care in both
facility-based and home-based settings. Our organization is

services. In this role, you will be essential in monitoring patient
recovery and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with
a multidisciplinary team. This position plays a critical role in
our mission to return patients to their highest levels of
functioning through personalized and cost-effective care. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration
with the healthcare team. Administer medications, monitor recovery,
and record progress. Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, treatment, and home care techniques. Coordinate with
physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and
evaluate customized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records
and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Proficient in
providing patient-centered care in rehabilitation settings Strong
organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively
in a multidisciplinary team Excellent decision-making and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid RN license Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
