Job Description:
Encompass Health seeks an experienced and compassionate
Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. Our mission
focuses on integrated healthcare services by providing
high-quality, cost-effective rehabilitation, and post-acute care in
both facility-based and home-based settings. This role demands
strong clinical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a
genuine commitment to providing patient-centered care. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration
with healthcare team. Deliver direct patient care and supervise
nursing staff activities. Maintain accurate patient records and
follow healthcare regulations and standards. Educate patients and
their families on illness, injury prevention and post-discharge
care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
improve the quality of patient care. Strong clinical skills and
knowledge of healthcare protocols. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a
team-driven environment. Experience in handling medical equipment.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certifications preferred.
