Job Description:

home-based settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial
role in our interdisciplinary team, managing patient care, and
ensuring the highest standards of safety and effectiveness. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with
compliance standards Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records
and administer medications Educate patients and their families on
post-acute care protocols Participate in the development of patient
management plans Provide direct nursing care when required Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR)
systems Capability to work effectively in both independent and team

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
