Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our dynamic team dedicated to providing top-tier healthcare
services. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will
work both in facility-based settings and provide home-based care,
focusing on rehabilitation and post-acute services. This position
requires an individual committed to patient health and well-being,
capable of administering nursing care to a variety of patients with
varying health conditions. Provide direct and individualized
nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific
nursing principles. Monitor patient health and document nursing
care in patient records. Educate patients and their families on
disease prevention and health maintenance. Implement patient care
plans and administer medications. Collaborate with healthcare team
to facilitate positive patient outcomes. Follow a continuity of
care in line with patients' healthcare histories and goals. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in patient
health assessment. Ability to manage time effectively. Expertise in
establishing nurse-patient relationships. Knowledge of
administering medication and operating medical equipment. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR certification
required. Additional certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN)
preferred.
