Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy
Assistant - Certified for an exciting Travel Allied job in San
Angelo, TX. Shift: 5x8 hr days Start Date: 03/16/2026 Duration: 13
weeks Pay: $1720 / Week NEW GRADS WELCOME Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans designed by the
Occupational Therapist. Provide direct patient care, including
therapeutic exercises, activities, and treatments. Monitor patient
progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational
Therapist. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic
activities, techniques, and care instructions. Collaborate with the
interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and
optimal patient outcomes. Document patient progress, treatment
interventions, and modify plans as necessary under the guidance of
the Occupational Therapist. Ensure a safe and supportive
environment for patients during therapy sessions. Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited
program. Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
license in the state. 1 year of experience in skilled nursing
facility (may be required by the state). Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work
independently and collaboratively in a team environment. About
