Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational
Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team in San Angelo. As part of
our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will play a vital
role in providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation
care in our esteemed inpatient facilities. You will be responsible
for evaluating patients’ functional abilities and limitations and
developing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve
their rehabilitation goals. Working closely with a collaborative
team of healthcare professionals, you will implement therapeutic
interventions designed to enhance patients' physical and cognitive
functions. You'll monitor progress, make necessary adjustments to
therapy plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation. You'll
also educate patients and their families about strategies to
improve daily functionality and lifestyle. This role offers a
