mid-level providers
- Incoming 2025 graduate already signed,
bringing total to 9 OBGYNs by Fall 2025
- 1:10 call schedule with week-long, home-call
rotation (RN triage takes first call)
- Balanced schedule: 3.5 clinic days + 1 OR day per
week
- 2,000 deliveries annually with robust support
resources
- Clinic located directly across from the
hospital
- Advanced resources, including:
- Moxie robots for documentation support
- Surgical robots for advanced procedures
- Two neonatologists on staff
- EPIC EMR system for streamlined workflows
- Teaching opportunities with residency program

- Outstanding retention rate: 98%
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $550,000 - $780,000 (based
on RVU productivity + quality bonuses)
- RVU Model:
- Threshold: 7,414 RVUs
- Reimbursement: $50.69 per RVU
- Uncapped bonus structure
- Income Guarantee: One-year guarantee (based on
experience); transition off once production goals are met
- Signing Bonus: $60,000
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000
(receipts-based)
- Loan Forgiveness: Available (HPSA score
14)
- Visa Sponsorship: J1 and H1B supported
(cap-exempt)
