Job Description:
A company is looking for an In-House Counsel to join their legal
team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the contract lifecycle, including customer contracts,
employment contracts, and vendor contracts across various
geographies
Provide legal opinions and ensure compliance with local laws,
including sales tax, employment, and corporate laws
Coordinate with external counsel and support risk management
initiatives
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a corporate or in-house legal role with a
legal qualification
Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
