Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their
team as the first in-house legal hire.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting and
reviewing commercial documents
Serve as a key contact for Sales, Customer Success, and Customer
Support teams during contract negotiations and renewals
Evaluate and implement a contract lifecycle management tool to
streamline legal operations
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a tech/SaaS
environment
JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the
relevant jurisdiction
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high
autonomy
Strong alignment with company values and proficiency in English at
a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
Experience with GRC best practices for SaaS organizations is a
plus
