Job Description:

$16.50 per hour RESPONSIBILITIES: Taking temperature with an IR Forehead Thermal Thermometer (non-touch) of employee, visitors, and contractors who enter the premise of the PepsiCo location Documenting Pass/Fail of temperature, answering questions regarding the process, administrative support like data entry, printing, recordkeeping, sanitizing common areas in the location, distributing identification stickers in regard to who has been scanned and who has not, etc. Keep track of all critical supplies associated with Temp Screening: stock level for PPE, antibacterial wipes, batteries, and working conditions of thermometers, etc. Ask health screening related questions in regard to: Travel History, Contacts, and Symptoms related to Covid-19 Follow established SOP on temperature taking procedures including required PPE and working required shifts, troubleshoot and use temperature screening device as required Physically setting up temperature screening areas: social distancing markers, signage, etc. Other ad hoc duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Requires successful candidate to demonstrate sufficient understanding of training This role requires extended periods of standing, up to 60 minutes at a time This role requires setting up and taking down screening areas for approximately 30-60 minutes per day, including lifting up to 20 pounds and bending, reaching, This role may be performed partially or fully outdoors, in varying temperatures Physical capabilities must be met with or without reasonable accommodations Our Company will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable laws, including but not limited to, San Francisco Police Code Sections 4901-4919, commonly referred to as the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance; and Chapter XVII, Article 9 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, commonly referred to as the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
