Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) revenue and new user acquisition.. You will help drive the digital experience of worldwide growth marketing strategy from homepage, product pages to checkout/cart while creating unique personalized web and mobile experiences across different audience segments. 

 

Through thoughtful and rapid experimentations with a creative mastermind, You’re a CRO strategist who is customer-obsessed in finding opportunities to test different hypothesis and optimize the end-to-end customer funnel. You’re a data-driven digital marketing specialist with a strong understanding and hands-on experience of A/B testing, website analytics, and UX conversion tactics. You may also have ecommerce merchandising experience to optimize price, product SKU mix, and promotion to maximize customer LTV. 

 

About the role: 

  • Create and develop messaging, pricing, audience segmentation and landing page tests with cross-functional partnership including design, dev, engineering and analytics teams

  • Own and develop the experimentation brief and testing plans ensuring reliable tracking and instrumentation across different conversion optimization funnels 

  • Coordinate end-to-end implementation of website optimization programs inclusive of legal review, creative/copy execution, UX design, A/B/N testing and reporting measure

  • Actively reduce user friction while improving checkout/shopping cart experience worldwide to adopt different payment preferences  

  • Optimize funnel analytics. Set KPIs, establish reporting, and review optimizations measurement and performance to improve conversion rates

 

About you:

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in online/digital consumer marketing/B2C/ecommerce industries

  • Experience leveraging A/B testing and/or personalization platforms like Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or similar

  • Experience in Adobe Analytics, and/or Google Analytics

  • Good analytical and quantitative skills 

  • High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains
