Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an Project Management Specialist to work for our client a rapidly growing and innovative company in Abilene, Texas. Position is a 8 month contract.

Job Title: Project Management Specialist

Pay: $67.65/hr.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules;
Prepare or maintain presentations, team website and weekly progress reports for the team;
Organizing, attending and presenting in stakeholder meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Providing administrative support as needed
Providing assistance to business related project tasks (analysis, deep dives, assessments, etc) as required
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team member
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
4+ years of experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work load
