and the perspectives you bring.Summary:The Quality Supervisor
Transmission and Distribution responsibilities consist of the
preparation, implementation, and reporting of the Project
Construction Quality Plan (CQP). The CQP includes implementation of
the Quality Control Process for the construction team, organization
of the Work Instructions and Benchmarks, development and
implementation of the Inspection Test Plan (ITP), and Training on
Quality Control inspection methods.The Quality Supervisor
Transmission and Distribution -must have strong knowledge of
implementation of a Quality Assurance and Quality Control program
on construction sites. - Experience of T+D construction sites to
include Substations, Transmission Lines, BESS, and MV Collection
Systems is advantageous.Specific duties:
- -Preparation of the Project Construction Quality Plan to meet
project specific requirements.
- Preparation, implementation, training, and tracking of the
Inspection Test Plan (ITP) with support of the Subject Matter
Experts (SME).
- Ensure that Work Instructions, Benchmarks, and Inspection Forms
are prepared for each work scope
- Manages the Job Book Table of Contents (TOC) for project
specific requires and reports client requested changes to the
Project Manager.
- Verifies that Procore project folders are established and
populated with required documentation results and required
data.
- Ensure that Subject Matter Experts (SME) review the project
specifications, engineering design, and OEM requirements and
identify all Quality Control (QC) requirements.
- Oversight of project QC inspections and documentation to verify
compliance with the Construction Quality Plan.
- Perform secondary QC inspections on work performed by
construction crews and initial inspections.
- Audits and inspections of project QC.
- Audits of project documentation and job books for accuracy and
completeness.
- Training of project personnel to perform QC inspections
- Ensure that inspections and documentation are completed per
contract requirements.
- Identify and document nonconforming inspections and reporting
these to the Project Team.
- Maintain an NCR log of nonconforming items and corrective
actions implemented
- Liaison with the Corporate Quality Manager for audits and
reporting as necessary.
- Perform Cause Mapping on nonconformances
- Managing assembly and review of Job Books and other deliverable
documentation including review and concurrence of as-built
drawings.
- Participates actively in safety program
- Training and management of QC inspectors.Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities:
- Advanced level of knowledge in:
- Communication skills
- Relationship building
- QA/QC on T+D Construction sites
- Safety
- Intermediate level of knowledge in:
- General construction
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) -
- Basic level of knowledge in:
- Sub-contractor and vendor management
- Fundamental concepts of
- Civil construction
- Electrical construction
- ISO 9001
- Site-based position
- Ability to travelQualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years QA/QC experience is required within the T+D
and/or Renewable Energy Construction Industry.
- Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical background experience (4
years).
- Experience working on Substations, Transmissions Lines, BESS
and MV Collection Systems
- Current and valid driver license for the U.S.
- Position can be remote with heavy travel.Physical requirements

future.Anticipated base salary range for role: -$67,500 to $95,000
-The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual
education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This
