Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Injury Virtual
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls, set appointments, and screen
prospective clients
Track and monitor potential new client inquiries and leads
Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new
cases
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish with written and verbal
proficiency
At least 2 years of experience in intake, preferably in the legal
field
Experience with case management software is a major plus
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize
effectively
Encouragement for all sales experience applicants, even without
legal experience
