Job Description:
A company is looking for a Launch Assistant for the IHP Cities
in the 21st Century program.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in program preparation and implementation, including
logistical support and materials dissemination
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Launch
Coordinator and Program Director
Support college-age students and ensure effective communication
about daily plans and schedules
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience
Understanding of experiential education and youth empowerment
pedagogies
Experience with international programs, event management, or youth
programming
Team-oriented and collaborative work style with the ability to
handle tasks independently
Experience working with remote teams is desired
