Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Process a large volume of invoices accurately and in compliance
with company policies
Engage in Vendor Management by ensuring accurate vendor setup and
processing check requests
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies while
providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree; additional education may substitute for
healthcare accounting experience
1+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, preferably in
a clinical trial research or healthcare environment
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic working
knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Ability to interpret basic study contract language as it relates to
required payments
