Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer to manage client
interactions and loan processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess borrowers' loan requirements and present suitable
options
Guide clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring a
smooth experience
Maintain a strong partnership with the operations team to
facilitate loan processing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 2 years of successful consumer lending sales experience,
preferably with FHA and conforming products
NMLS SAFE ACT compliant with 5 or more active state licenses
Proficient in Encompass (LOS) and Velocify (CRM)
Ability to achieve high outbound call volumes and customer
engagement metrics
