Leave of Absence Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist - PST.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and track all employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Serve as the primary contact for leave-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR
Maintain knowledge of applicable leave laws and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4-6 years of experience in leave administration
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to leave
Experience with the Workday HCM system is preferred
