Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for a
remote position supporting a multi-year Unemployment Insurance
Modernization project.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the QA Manager to ensure quality assurance
standards throughout the project lifecycle
Design and develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and
scripts, and execute various levels of testing
Document software defects, validate resolutions, and participate in
product design reviews
Required Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of experience supporting an Unemployment
Insurance Modernization project
Strong understanding of Unemployment Insurance tax laws
Proficiency in designing test plans and executing functional,
integration, acceptance, and regression testing
Experience managing quality assurance for large-scale projects with
budgets of at least $3 million
Proficiency in Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies
