Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Architect of Identity and
Access Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the organization's IAM strategy and initiatives,
overseeing critical IAM solutions
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards while
optimizing IAM processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to align IAM practices with
organizational security and business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or
related field; advanced certifications are a plus
12+ years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or IAM, with at least
7 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in IAM systems such as Okta, CyberArk, and
SailPoint
Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related
to IAM
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage IAM
projects effectively
