A company is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Quote, confirm, and install services for National Account customers
in assigned markets
Utilize regional benefit expertise and process knowledge for
customer management
Audit customer accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of related experience in account management or sales
College degree preferred, with flexibility for relevant
experience
Knowledge of CM, FASET, or SPAS systems is preferred
Strong benefit knowledge is essential
This role does not involve direct client interaction
