Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Executive to manage
and grow client relationships through engagement and strategic
account planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client presentations and coordinate regular meetings to
maintain strong relationships
Drive revenue growth through upselling and strategic account
planning
Manage client proposals, renewals, and implementations in
collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in managing internal and external
relationships, preferably in healthcare plan administration
Experience in healthcare plans or health insurance
Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions and
PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exemplary
customer service
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a
plus
